Breastfeeding Insurance Forms
Many health insurance plans will cover the full cost or a portion of the cost of a breast pump rental or purchase. Certain medical criteria must be met to be eligible for coverage. As breast pumps are considered under the DME part of a health plan, the hospital or LC cannot bill insurance for the pump.
